Martyn is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, who has been employed in the insurance industry for nearly 50 years, almost 40 of which have been in the Adjusting profession, including working overseas and on CAT work.
An experienced all rounder, capable of dealing with all types of losses, Martyn specialises in contractors’ material damage and liability claims and all aspects of commercial losses, including major losses.

Ali Kirby

Loss Adjuster
Ali is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. She has worked for other Adjusting companies and handled a wide range of domestic and commercial losses. Ali has been a Loss Adjuster for many years. Working closely with Insurers and local Brokers, managing claims on the Isle of Man for around 15 years.​
Ali has worked in general insurance for over 30 years, initially in Broking in Gibraltar, before she moved permanently to the Isle of Man.

Donna Wright

    Claims Administrator and Office Manager
Donna has worked in General Insurance for over a decade. Working for the last 7 years in claims management for an international adjusting firm. Originally from the UK, Donna has recently settled on the Island to become a valued member of our growing team.
She provides administrative support to our field adjusters and manages back office operations.
